The Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah Airport is located approximately 11 km from UMP campus in Gambang and 40 km in Campus Kuala Pahang, Pekan. Malaysia Airlines and Air Asia flies daily from Kuala Lumpur to Kuantan. From the airport, you can take a cab to UMP campus. For flight schedules, please visit Malaysia Airlines or Air Asia website.

BY ROAD
The East Coast Expressway (LPPT) has made it easy for any traveler to drive up to UMP campus. Roads are accessible from major towns and cities in the Peninsular. It is a 3 hours drive from Kuala Lumpur.

We are the Special Secretariat Unit under Student Representative Council of Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) which was formerly known as University College of Engineering and Technology Malaysia (KUKTEM).

Student Representative Council of UMP will organize an education visit program in Beijing, China from 28 February 2010 until 06 March 2010 in collaboration with the Student and Alumni Affairs Department of UMP.

This education visit program which is known as “Universiti Malaysia Pahang Beijing Education Smart Tour” seeks to expose the Malaysian youth about the importance of foreign language, especially in Mandarin. In addition, it is also to complete the youth’s communication skills and to enhance the teaching and learning skills in Mandarin.
